Covid 19?

We take this threat very seriously. All our equipment we hand out is being treated with ultraviolet radiation therefore 100 Covid free.  Our tour is an outdoor activity where the risk of catching the virus is minimal. Much less than for example if you go shopping in a super market.

Do I need to wear a mask?

No need for a mask but of course feel free if you want to wear one!

Do I need a certificate?

No it is an outdoor tour.

 

How long it the tour?

The tour takes exactly 90 minutes! We recommend you to be there at least five minutes before the tour starts.

 

Do I need to bring a headset?

No need we provide you with a brand new headset.  If you want the ultimate sound quality and you have a modern noise canceling headset , we recommend to take it with you!

How long are the VR scenes?

The virtual reality scenes are between 30 and 90 seconds long!

How many VR scenes will I see?

You will see 4 virtual reality scenes, but there is much more to discover in this spectacle as you will experience.

Can I get dizzy from watching VR scenes?

Depending on the programming and your personal reception there is a possibility . Our programming team tried to reduce this effect as much as possible. So fare we have no complains from our customers.

Do I need to wear the VR Google all the time?

No actually you wear them only very short during the excursion. Our guide will carry them and hand them out to you at specific locations and than recollect them.

Is the march route handicapped accessible?

 Yes  but only with special assistance you need to book a private tour!

Do I have assistance?

Do not worry there is always somebody there to help and to assist!

What do I need to bring?

Just a positive attitude -  Everything else we provide. We recommend if you want the ultimate sound feeling  to bring your own latest noise canceling headset!
